Cause: You provided a GL date that is not within an open purchasing period.
Action: Enter a date that is within an open period.
解决方法：
确保GL,Purchasing,Inventory期间为打开的状态。
如何开各个期间，参考：Navigation to Open/Close INV/GL/AR/AP/PO Period
