遇到的问题：
1启动beo4j时遇到下面的问题。
2018-11-04 05:45:24.783+0000 ERROR Failed to start Neo4j: Starting Neo4j failed: Component 'org.neo4j.server.database.LifecycleManagingDatabase@1d05cbae' was su ccessfully initialized, but failed to start. Please see the attached cause excep tion "Store and its lock file has been locked by another process: C:\app\neo4j-c ommunity-3.2.13\data\databases\graph.db\store_lock. Please ensure no other proce ss is using this database, and that the directory is writable (required even for read-only access)". 这里错误的出现时，解决看方法
当时出现这个原因主要是我在命令行打了bin\Neo4j start
所以我直接bin\Neo4j stop就可以了。
2.在打开http://localhost:7474时，第一次页面空白，后来换了个浏览器就好了。后来又出现ServiceUnavailable: WebSocket connection failure. Due to security constraints in your web browser, the reason for the failure is not available to this Neo4j Driver.
