DB:(PostgreSQL) 9.3.24
2.异常现象 ：
*Starting PostgreSQL 9.3 database server
*Removed stale pid file.
The PostgreSQL server failed to start. Please check the log output:
2018-08-30 09:29:07 CST FATAL: could not remove old lock file “postmaster.pid”: Permission denied
2018-08-30 09:29:07 CST HINT: The file seems accidentally left over, but it could not be removed. Please remove the file by hand and try again.
3.解决方式：
找到这个文件所在的目录，并删除 postmaster.pid 文件：
然后修改/var/lib/postgresql/9.3/main的权限,，重启postgresql服务即可：
