定义拒绝原因

In this menu option you define possible reasons for rejection. They describe why an item in a sales document (for example, in a quotation) was rejected.

When processing a sales document, you can enter the reason for rejection by item in the overview for the reason for rejection.

Actions

1. 1. Check which reasons for rejection occur in your company.

1. 2. Specify an alphanumeric key with up to 2 characters and a description for each reason.

在这里我们主要需要注意下“统计”这个字段的3个可选项，

“空白”是指该行项目的值可以复制到抬头合计中，即：即使你给行项目分配了拒绝原因，但是在抬头中还是将这部分值进行合计。
X和Y都是不将值在抬头进行合计，X与Y的区别是X在将来是不能用于统计的，而Y则可以用于统计。

这里需要注意的是，无论使用空白还是X、Y，做了拒绝的部分是不参与信贷计算的。
