：springmvc.xml] cannot be opened.....does not exits.........
错误原因是找不到这个文件，在webxml里面配置classpath:springmvc.xml加上“*”
classpath*:srpingmvc.xml
也有可能是src下面的config文件夹没有build path -- use as source folder
如果没有执行这一步，config文件夹就会在build目录下面，运行的时候，配置文件就没有加载到web_inf下面的class文件下面，所以找不到配置文件
idea执行use as source folder的方法
