normalize.css和reset.css

不同的浏览器对默认样式的处理不同，比如ul默认带有缩进样式，在IE下，它的缩进是由margin实现的，而在Firefox下却是由padding实现的。为了统一浏览器的默认样式，引进css reset，将浏览器的默认样式覆盖掉；

相比于css reset,粗暴的将几乎所有的浏览器默认样式修改统一， narmalize.css保留了有用的默认样式等等好处；
