Win10和Ubuntu 16.04时间不一致问题

首先明确一点ubuntu 16.04的/etc/default/rcS 文件中没有utc=yes 这一项。
所以采用其他方法
在ubuntu下更新一下时间，确保时间无误：

sudo apt-get install ntpdate
sudo ntpdate time.windows.com

然后将时间更新到硬件上：

sudo hwclock --localtime --systohc

此时双系统时间已经完全同步
