1.OSS仓库 比较宽松，适合一般开源者 ： http://www.sonatype.org/central

只有代码在以下开源库中的项目才能放到apache的Maven仓库中：
  2.1 Apache Software Foundation (for all Apache projects)
  2.2 Codehaus (for Codehaus projects)
  2.3 FuseSource Forge (focused on FUSE related projects)
  2.4 Nuiton.org
