右击我的电脑--》属性--》高级--》环境变量--》系统变量,确保系统变量Path 的值含有如下字符
%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;

ComSpec的值如下
%SystemRoot%\system32\cmd.exe
