chmod 600 ~/.ssh/authorized_keys
chomd 700 ~/.ssh/

use root:

vim /etc/ssh/sshd_config

find and set "#" to the line like this:

#　　RSAAuthentication yes
#　　PubkeyAuthentication yes
#　　AuthorizedKeysFile  .ssh/authorized_keys

/bin/systemctl start sshd.service
