遇到的错误:


TimeoutError: [WinError 10060] 由于连接方在一段时间后没有正确答复或连接的主机没有反应,连接尝试失败。

解决办法:
用浏览器下载mnist.npz

https://storage.googleapis.com/tensorflow/tf-keras-datasets/mnist.npz

放在程序中所在目录下, 解决之
