connect timed out and 'parent.relativePath' points at no local POM
俩个步骤解决
1、设置maven-settings.xml 中的镜像为阿里镜像，默认的好像无法下载
<mirror>
<id>alimaven</id>
<name>aliyun maven</name>
<url>http://maven.aliyun.com/nexus/content/groups/public/</url>
<mirrorOf>central</mirrorOf>
</mirror>
2、注意切换公司内网，这是个坑，最后直接用手机热点解决的
3、eclipse操作：
run as --> mvn compile
mvn --> update project
