xshell4连接ubuntu系统,报错No matching outgoing encryption，没有匹配的算法。
xshell4连接centos、redhat没有问题。于是怀疑是不是远程连接工具的问题，由于就用putty连接，putty能够远程连接ubuntu系统，没有问题；
由于就在网上搜索解决办法，发现是加密算法没有匹配，而linux系统的加密算法一般都放在/etc/ssh/sshd_config中，在配置文件中加入下面三行的配置信息，重启sshd服务，解决问题。
解决步骤：
1. sudo vi /etc/ssh/sshd_config
#在/etc/ssh/sshd_config中增加上述的三行配置信息
Ciphers aes128-cbc,aes192-cbc,aes256-cbc,aes128-ctr,aes192-ctr,aes256-ctr,3des-cbc,arcfour128,arcfour256,arcfour,blowfish-cbc,cast128-cbc
MACs hmac-md5,hmac-sha1,[email protected],hmac-ripemd160,hmac-sha1-96,hmac-md5-96
KexAlgorithms diffie-hellman-group1-sha1,diffie-hellman-group14-sha1,diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha1,diffie-hellman-group-exchange-sha256,ecdh-sha2-nistp256,ecdh-sha2-nistp384,ecdh-sha2-nistp521,diffie-hellman-group1-sha1,[email protected]
2.重启sshd服务
