工欲善其事，必先利其器。ssh框架给web开发带来了很多的便利。搭建ssh框架对很多初学者来说也是一件很痛苦的事情。
第一步找jar包
struts jar 包 下载地址：
http://apache.etoak.com//struts/binaries/struts-2.3.3-all.zip
这三个地址都能找到jar包，是不断细化的。

spring jar 包 下载地址：
http://s3.amazonaws.com/dist.springframework.org/release/SPR/spring-framework-3.1.1.RELEASE-with-docs.zip

这边我自己整合了一套ssh的jar包。因为使用上面分别下载的jar包还要去除重复的。
 

下载Eclipse开发环境（包含Birt）
