React Native安装失败的问题

Execution failed for task ‘:app:installDebug’.

com.android.builder.testing.api.DeviceException: com.android.ddmlib.InstallException: INSTALL_FAILED_USER_RESTRICTED

这种问题有可能是不同的原因导致的：
这里记录下：
解决方案：
1.检查下是否连接了模拟器或者手机(本人遇到的这个问题)
2.看下是否是gradle的问题
