build工程时发生如下错误：

gradle.properties 文件中使用了代理

取消gradle.properties 文件中的代理
解决过程：
发生问题的端口是1080，其为Socks代理服务使用的端口，故怀疑此问题是代理设置导致的。查看gradle.properties 文件，其中果然设置了代理，注释掉即可
