在运行scrapy 项目时遇到问题异常

解决办法：

安装pywin32_postinstall.py

将pywin32_postinstall.py放入安装目录，powershell（管理员）运行下面命令。

python.exe C:\Python36\Scripts/pywin32_postinstall.py -install
