应用程序无法启动

今天安装好aws，运行时出现以下错误：

应用程序无法启动，因为应用程序的并行配置不正确。有关详细信息，请参阅应用程序事件
日志，或使用命令行 sxstrace.exe 工具。

但是运行： sxstrace 发现系统无此命令
百度后，得到解决方法，链接如下：

具体运用如下：
1. SxsTrace Trace -logfile:SxsTrace.etl
2. 运行aws
3. SxsTrace Parse -logfile:SxsTrace.etl -outfile:SxsTrace.txt

打开文件： SxsTrace.txt

引用

错误: 无法解析参考 Microsoft.VC90.CRT,processorArchitecture="amd64",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="9.0.21022.8"。
错误: 生成激活上下文失败。
结束生成激活上下文。

用google搜索发现是缺少了VS运行时库，果断从官网下载了一个：
