win7解决IE下载excel时直接在IE浏览器中打开

如上，在win7（64位）ie8 下面测试失败，方法二：

Excel

(View Excel files in Excel instead of a browser window)

• Open the Browser
• Select Tools from the Menu toolbar
• Select Internet Options
• Select the Advanced tab
• In the Browsing section, uncheck the Reuse windows for launching shortcuts 
  (when tabbed browsing is off)
• Click OK

如上在家中win7 64位 IE8下测试成功，但是家里点击链接的时候会提示打开和下载，打开的时候可以直接在ie8中浏览，但工作环境是直接在ie8下打开，没有对话框。并且打开的excel中的数据都是老数据。缓存？
