mysql一定要解压到纯英文路径
C:\Windows\system32>cd C:\Develop\mysql\bin
一定要以管理员身份运行cmd在运行
C:\Develop\mysql\bin>
mysqld --initialize --user=mysql --console

//在初始化mysql的时候，一定要将密码保存下来
C:\Develop\mysql\bin>
mysqld --install MySQL

C:\Develop\mysql\bin>
net start MySQL

设置密码
mysql>
set password for root@localhost = password('123456')

mysql的卸载
在sevice中打开，停止服务
以管理员身份运行cmd
$ sc delete MySQL 这里指的是服务名称
然后按F5刷新
回到安装路径，将解压包进行删除
