我常用的计划安排表

经常用这个模板。从别人那学来的。

• Application

        表示处理的是哪个产品。

• Component

        表示产品中的具体模块。可以增加几列，表示对模块的具体细分。

• Detail

        对模块的描述。

• Priority

        该部分任务的优先级。优先级从高到低为P1，P2，P3...

• Planed End Date

        计划完成日期。

• Comment

        备注。包括其它各种需要写明的东西（困难点，进度阻塞原因...）

        拓展

        可以增加其它列来拓展功能。如用于估算ROI。

        可能用得较多的列：

• Start Date

        任务的起始日期。

• Progress

        任务当前状态。Not Started，On Going，Blocked，Done或者百分比。

• Time Cost

       到目前为止，任务所耗时间。单位可以是MD(man-day）。
