appium第一次连接ios真机，运行测试用例。
报出“Error: Could not initialize ideviceinstaller “
环境：appium v1.4.13
iphone5 ios9.0.2
解决方法：brew install ideviceinstaller
在安装的过程中，报出
“Error: /usr/local/opt/makedepend not present or broken
Please reinstall makedepend“
必须先安装makedepend：brew install makedepend
