判断字符串中是否包含连续相同的字符串（密码规范）

CVTE的一道笔试题：

判断密码设置是否满足要求，要求如下：

1. 长度大于等于8位且小于等于16位
2. 至少包含大写字母、小写字母、特殊字符和数字中的三种
3. 密码中不能包含连续相同的字符串，如cc，cvtecvte等都是不符合规范的
