将【Modo12.1v2】和【Modo12.1v2 (Safe Mode)】拖入右侧应用程序，如图：
双击打开【Modo Content Setup】，如图：
点击【继续】，继续安装MODO12 Mac 破解版，一路默认安装，如图：
然后打开【FLT7.1v1-mac-x86-release-64.pkg】，一路默认安装
安装完成后打开安装完成的【FoundryLicenseUtility】，如图：
选择【RLM Server】【Stop Server】，输入Mac密码，点击【好】，如图：
窗口弹出【Successfully stopped the RLM server.】，点击【OK】，如图：
选择【FLEXlm Server】【Stop Server】弹出【Successfully stopped the FLEXlm server.】窗口，点击【OK】，如图：
选择【Diagnostics】点击【Run Diagnostics】即可，(暂时不要关闭Foundry License Utility窗口)，如图：
打开【破解补丁.dmg】
将左侧【rlm.foundry】分别拖入右侧【FLEXlm】和【RLM】文件夹中，如图：

(文件夹路径：/Applications/TheFoundry/LicensingTools7.1/bin/FLEXlm)
将【xf_foundry.lic】秘钥拖到桌面
右击【xf_foundry.lic】选择【打开方式】【其他】，如图：
在应用程序中选择【文本编辑】打开【xf_foundry.lic】，如图：
将Foundry License Utility窗口中的【HOST_NAME】和【Ethernet Address】分别替换掉【HOST_NAME】和【Ethernet Address】，将【PORT】改为【5053】，如图：
替换完成如图，关闭即可，图：
在【Finder访达】中选择【前往】【前往文件夹】，分别前往【/Applications/TheFoundry/LicensingTools7.1/bin/RLM】和【Applications/TheFoundry/LicensingTools7.1/bin/FLEXLM】将桌面上修改完成的【xf_foundry.lic】分别复制到两个文件夹内，如图：
返回桌面，关闭原来的FoundryLicenseUtility窗口
右击【xf_foundry.lic】【打开方式】，选择【FoundryLicenseUtility】，如图：
弹出【All license were successfully vaildated and installde】，点击【OK】，如图：
回到Foundry License Utility窗口，点击【RLM Server】【Reread server】输入Mac密码，点击【好】，如图：
点击【FLEXlm Server】【Reread Server】弹出【Successfully restarted the FLEXim server】点击【OK】，如图：
