默认的单机oracle数据库中，oracle不会随着操作系统的启动而启动，需要手工启动。下面设置开机自动启动
文件路径 在oracle用户下: /etc/oratab
[oracle@CSICN20RPT01 etc]$ vi oratab

# a database or ASM Configuration Assistant while creating ASM instance.

在root用户下的文件操作，路径为： /etc/rc.local

Note：添加红色部分，启动监听，启动数据库
测试：
重启操作系统，查看数据库状态
[oracle@CSICN20RPT01 ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba
