Open .uproject on UE4Editor by bat order

It's easy to open uproject on ue4editor by bat order. this is easy to use for foment and artist.

this is the bat file:

start "%~dp0/Engine/Binaries/Win64/UE4Editor.exe" "%~dp0/Games/Alien.uproject" -ModDevKit -Installed
exit

 put this "RunDevKit.bat" file at the project directory.

 "%~dp0" is the current directory of this file.
