纵向转横向:

FEE_FLAG 为标识字段,根据该字段将ACCT_USERS、TOTAL_FEE_ALL转换成对应标识的数据(FEE_FLAG :01流失02新发展03回归04递延,CHANGE_PRODUCT_FLAG:01迁入02迁出03不变),CHANGE_PRODUCT_FLAG为递延下分类字段。
