中文版：

①windows+R，services.msc 
②找到Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)，右键停用。如果永久禁用，请右键属性，启动类型改成禁用

再重新安装，就OK了。

solution:

go into services.msc, stop the Internet Connection Sharing service. Change it to manual startup unless you want it to start again on the next reboot.
