Ubuntu1604切换Python pip源，提高install速度

1、在当前用户家目录创建~/.pip/pip.conf文件

flist@ASUS:~/Desktop/SurfaceNet$ mkdir ~/.pip
flist@ASUS:~/Desktop/SurfaceNet$ vim ~/.pip/pip.conf

2、在pip.conf下输入：（注意：这里更换的是阿里云镜像源）

     [global]
     trusted-host = mirrors.aliyun.com
     index-url = http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple

3、 sudo apt-get update
