"Magic Engine is the best I've used (it runs everything I've tried without a hitch, including very obscure NTSC-J games), though if you want to run to CD games with Daemon-Tools make sure you're using IDE/SCSI drives. It doesn't detect emulated BD-ROMs. Ootake is also good, though I believe the compatibility is a little lower."
