QT vs2015 引入QT svg ，并读svg

纯qt工程中只要在.pro项目文件中加入

QT+=svg

如下所示

QT       += core gui

greaterThan(QT_MAJOR_VERSION, 4): QT += widgets

CONFIG += c++11
