前言
基于SSM+JSP的高校学生健康档案管理系统有学生、医生、管理员三大角色：
学生：个人中心、体检信息管理、病情上报管理、医生诊断管理、健康档案管理。
医生：个人中心、体检信息管理、病情上报管理、医生诊断管理。
管理员：个人中心、学生管理、医生管理、体检信息管理、病情上报管理、医生诊断管理、健康档案管理、疫情资讯管理、疫情小知识管理、系统管理。
前台用户学生
学生可以在系统前台进行登录或者注册。
登录到系统后，学生可以在个人中心查看最近的个人信息并且可以修改。
点击后台管理，会跳转到后台管理中，功能如下图。
在体检信息中，学生可以查看自己的体检信息。
医生功能模块
医生可以在后台点击医生注册进行注册。
进入系统，系统又下图以下功能模块。
在体检信息管理中，医生可以上传学生体检信息情况等。
在病情上报中，医生可以查看学生发布的病情信息。
管理员功能模块
