在网上找了一些解决办法，大部分为：
1.在项目上右键properties，选择Resource，更改Text file encoding 设置（bgk或者utf-8 等...）
2.在IDE（Eclipse），选择Window--->preferences---->General---->Workspace----找到Text fileencoding 设置 编码格式
3.（我使用的）在IDE（Eclipse），选择Window--->preferences---->General---->ContentTypes-------点开text （有个+符号）---找到Java Source File ----在Default encoding 设置合适编码格式（gbk 或者UTF-8）
