FreeType下载解压后，官方自带了vs的工程，在freetype-2.10.1\builds\windows\vc2010，直接用vs2017打开freetype.sln，就可以编译，编译成功后在freetype-2.10.1\objs\Win32\Debug文件夹下面，生成freetype.dll和freetype.lib
