解决方法：卸载opencv-python 和 opencv-contrib-python

重新安装opencv-python即可

pip uninstall opencv-python

pip uninstall opencv-contrib-python

pip install opencv-python  -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
