1.在mybatis配置文件配置事务
1》一下事务配置，不需要在service层添加@Transactional注解
2》回滚的饭必须是delete* insert*update*save*
3》也可以配置<tx:method name="*" propagation="REQUIRED" read-only="false"
rollback-for="java.lang.Exception" />
对所有的方法进行回滚
