This part I went through is one of my impressive part in my work life, confidence is very important for everyone in our world, it helps me a lot, on the one hand, we can use it to defeat difficulties, on the other hand, it change my mind from upset to happy in some hard situations.Just be confidence, the world is in your hands.
In my work career, I am not confident enough at the begining, perhaps lack of work experience , I'm afraid of making a mistake and really cautious about what I am doing, you know we always have a deal with database, we need to take a full responsiblity sometimes if we delete some important datas indeliberately. One time I delete a import record in the mysql database of prod envionment , after that I got a criticism and was blamed by our project manager , I have to take the responsibility, and then I become very careful of coding since this event, I'd prefer to spend more time on self-check to avoid low-level mistake happens.
As time went by, I become more positive and confident for my increasing ability and professional knowledges, because I spent all my time on studying professional programming lauguage , you have no idea how hard it is when I 've been up one by one night , although the study progress is very hard, but I enjoy it , as Einstein said , "It's 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration ",this helps me make a big improvent in the project, I made less mistake than before, then I can play an import role in every release and get a bonus for my excellent perfomance in final year, for me becoming confidence is a best catalyst for our life and work.
As for interview, what we have to do is be more confident and patient. you can find some entertainment benifiting your health if you feel anxiety before an interview, such as running or riding outside would help a lot. in addition, we must make a full prepartions for every interview, I think that you should not go for an interview which you really want a offer if you have only less 30% possibility of passing it.
In my opinion, we may be off the cliff sometimes, but we should never give up, we can listen to the critism but don't be crashed by it.
