ssh连接远程docker容器报错：ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

报错：
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
解决：docker容器中没有安装ssh，运行以下代码：

apt-get install ssh
apt-get update
sudo /etc/init.d/ssh start

容器一旦被关闭了，那么这些命令要被重新执行，再挂起（ctrl p 和ctrl q）
