docker windows 下载安装 Update the WSL kernel by running “wsl --update“ or follow instructions at xxx

Docker: Accelerated, Containerized Application Development

我这里安装的是windows版的

docker  windows  下载安装运行之后提示更新WSL

1、打开cmd窗口记得是以管理员身份打开

2、然后输入"wsl --update"

再次打开docker就可以使用了！ 

注意是以管理员身份打开cmd窗口，不然可能会出现其他的问题。
