Soc侧跨域进行Cycloneddds通信时xml配置文件的格式以及注意事项

cyclonedds运行时配置的文件其实可以在官网查到，这里首先是将英文转换一下，随后用通俗的语言进行解释。

首先以Linux系统为例：
