Goland 本地attach 调试和远程调试

1. local attach
   https://www.jetbrains.com/help/clion/attaching-to-local-process.html
   先是，会被提示安装gops。
   另外，在需要命令行输入是attach程序会跳过输入，不清楚是调试器问题，还是goland问题。
   其他正常。

2. remote debug
   https://www.jetbrains.com/help/clion/remote-debug.html
   没试。。。
