1、Tell me a little about yourself?
I hava been working as a computer programmger over fives years. I have the ability to develop good programming, familiar with Spring, MyBatis, SpringMVC and other open source frameworks;familiar with tomcat;familiar with the Linux environment the software development based on;Familiar with SpringCloudAlibaba microservices framework ,and I have some understanding of Nacos, Sentinel and other components.
2、Why did you leave your last job?
Although I did well in the last company ，I feel there is no opportunity for advancement. I want to change my working environment, i'd like to find a job which is more challenging. And I am hoping to get an offer of a better position. If an opportunity comes along, I will take it.
3、What are your strengths?
I think i'm a good team player and i'm a person of great honesty to others. also i am able to work under great pressure. I have finished a lot of project.With my qualifications and experience, I feel I am hardworking, responsible and patient in any project I undertake.So I am sure I can apply my experience to this position.
4、Can you introduce/describe your project? Which leaves you a great impression?
Well, I can describe a situation where I had to work under pressure. Once when we did a big project,our customer wanted to see a demo from our team before they signed the contract with our company.It is urgent,because our customer didn't give us enough time to do it. So all my team menbers had to work overtime,but we finished it punctually and perfectly . Our customer was satisfied with it.Actually,It is common to meet some deadlines or work under pressure in IT field.I am ok with it.
5、What are your wishes and plans for your future career?
My career goal is to be an excellent software architect in the future. I like writing programs.Software is a kind of art, although sometimes it drove me crazy,after I overcame the difficulties I feel I am useful,I will keep working in IT field.
6.What are your salary expectations?
I believe your company will set up reasonable salary for me according to my ability,so I don't worry about it at all.
