下面这步是最重要的一步，之前直接放在web.config里不管用。。。

配置前必须安装微软的URL Rewrite模块 网址是https://www.iis.net/downloads/microsoft/url-rewrite#additionalDownloads

下载后再把上面配置内容的放到web.config里，保存

然后就可以用了
