Connection timed out: connect. If you are behind an HTTP proxy, please configure the proxy settings either in IDE or Gradle.

编译的时候报这个错误。应该就是什么资源下载不下来了，要么是被墙了，要么是本地仓库连接不上了。

我的是本地仓库连接不上了。
