ubuntu16.04+python+caffe:
在终端进入python环境后，输入import caffe后，报错：
Intel MKL FATAL ERROR: Cannot load libmkl_avx.so or libmkl_def.so.
解决方法：
conda install nomkl numpy scipy scikit-learn numexpr
conda remove mkl mkl-service 报错，官网的镜像不能访问：

解决方法：
在命令行中运行：
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/msys2/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/conda-forge/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
conda config --set show_channel_urls yes设置清华的镜像．
然后，问题消除：
进而解决了最开始import caffe的问题：
