1、点击上图右侧的蓝色链接Install missing SDK packages，或者Tools——>SDK Manager，就会跳到下面的安装界面。选择Accept接受，然后Next。
2、等待下载和解压完成。
3、可以看到缺少的3大工具都安装好了。
4、再次同步，构建成功，问题解决！
