docker异常--docker bind: cannot assign requested address.

当我在Window上指定IP+端口号 去开启我的容器 会报如下错误。

Error response from daemon: Cannot restart container test_mysql: driver failed programming external connectivity on endpoint test_mysql (47c340e8d93612b9696760446f7d3e494436d7f862ecc659d2e6f4d90cd83991): Error starting userland proxy: listen tcp 192.168.1.5:3306: bind: cannot assign requested address

是由于我不能将我的端口在这个IP进行绑定到电脑Ip上，所以 目前我只能讲IP取消掉。就不会出现异常。
