We noticed that your app provides the same feature set as other apps submitted to the App Store; it simply varies in content or language, which is considered a form of spam.
The next submission of this app may require a longer review time, and this app will not be eligible for an expedited review until this issue is resolved.

- Ensure your app is compliant with all sections of the App Store Review Guidelines and the Terms & Conditions of the Apple Developer Program.
- Once your app is fully compliant, resubmit your app for review.
When creating multiple apps where content is the only varying element, you should offer a single app to deliver differing content to customers. If you would like to offer this content for purchase, it would be appropriate to use the in-app purchase API.
Alternatively, you may consider creating a web app, which looks and behaves similar to a native app when the customer adds it to their Home screen. Refer to the Configuring Web Applications section of the Safari Web Content Guide for more information.

上架经历
我的应用是混合开发,采用apiColud开发
APP1 2018.02月提交,一次通过 到现在提交了3-4次更新,都一次过,电商类的.
APP2 2018.06月提交 一次通过, 07月更新被拒, 原因4.3
APP3 2018.06月提交,被拒, 原因4.3 ,总更新10次左右一直被拒,一直是4.3,大概是苹果认定了你这是个马甲包吧.
更新第1次,改了下应用的UI 大概10%,提交被拒
更新第2次,再次改了下应用的UI大概20%,提交被拒
更新第3次,改了下应用的UI大概60%,提交被拒
更新第4次,买了个人开发者账号,提交被拒4.3
更新第5次,买了第2个人开发者账号,前端代码及应用内图片,logo,启动图,UI及代码进行加垃圾代码 (几乎100%修改)提交被拒2.1
更新第6次,在买的第1个个人开发者账号,创建新应用提交被拒4.3
更新第7次,在第1个个人开发者账号,提交被拒4.3,从2.1还是跑到了4.3
更新第8次,买的第2个人开发者账号,提交被拒4.3
更新第9次,在公司开发者账户上创建新应用,提交被拒4.3
更新第10次,在公司开发者账户上已上架的应用上做更新,精简一半年原生模块,多数是第三方的模块(如美洽,激光,微博等),终于审核通过
耗时两个多月,通过后,又在半月左右更新了3次,都是一晚上审核就通过了.目前上架中
APP5 2018.06月提交 被拒原因4.3 (在APP2上创建的新应用)
更新第1次,创建了一个新的个人账号,UI及前端代码进行轻微精简,提交被拒,原因2.1
更新第2次,代码几乎100%加了垃圾代码,提交被拒,原因2.1
更新第3次,代码继续精简,被拒原因从2.1到4.3
更新第4次,2018.08.21在这个账户上创建一个新的,并精简一半的原生模块(如美洽,激光,微博等)提交被拒,原因4.3
APP6 2018.07月提交更新,将2017年的旧应用进行更新,提交了一晚就通过.
APP7 2018.07月提交 一次通过,暂无更新
前APP 1,3,6,7 全是公司开发者账户,后来APP3买了两个个人账户, APP5创建了一个个人账户.
关于审核时间:
只要出现4.3或2.1 全都出现了审核延迟,大概7-10天左右再会审核的.所以花了这么长时间,而创建了新的应用,就不会延时.基本上当天晚上就会审(周未除外)
关于应用相似度
应用全是做电商类的,原生代码都是封装了第三方的,也都一样,因为是外包公司,底层都一样,一个框架开发出来的.前端UI及JS方面.50%差不多,每款应用都有进行了修改,一般改动的是30%-50%.
其它说明
我们的应用也不属于马甲包吧,外包公司,制定了一套模块或是封装了一些代码,拿来重用,界面部分都是定制的.苹果要死认定是我是重复应用,我这也是百口莫辨,无奈只有不断提交上次,不断尝试. 实在上架不了,技术也要另寻高就了.为了糊口也没有办法.
结论: 旧应用进行更新上架,两次是100%一晚通过,
新应用,只要当前账户有被拒了4.3 再创建了新的,也会被拒4.3
