FCL 1.0 对Flow 核心贡献者意味着什么？

FCL是 Flow 的基础核心模块，作为一个基础架构设施，可帮助开发人员、用户和服务提供商（如钱包）拥有一个通用的统一界面，以便他们可以专注于功能的开发，而不是集成和分发。
