流媒体分析之webrtc之metartc 实现。

 metartc库是对外提供接口:

 setRemoteDescription 函数:指向yang_rtcconn_startRtc 。

 调用yang_rtcconn_getRemoteSdp,解析sdp 信息,

 createRequestStunPacket 发送stun  协议packet。
